Refund Policy

The Pikes Peak Chapter of IFMA is committed to providing you with excellent member service. Below you will find our refund policies. The policies differ depending on the type of event you purchased. All memberships are managed by IFMA Headquarters, not the chapter.

Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation with the total amount paid. If unpaid, you will receive an invoice via email. If you chose the invoice option, your registration will remain in pending status until payment is received in full prior to the event.

We encourage all registrants to contact us if there is an issue. Credit and debit cards are charged immediately upon registration confirmation. All transactions will appear on your credit card statements as “Paypal Ifma Pikes.”

If you have been issued a refund, please allow up to 10 business days for the issuing bank to post the refund to your account. Issuing banks have varying timeframes for posting refunds to your account.

If your refund has not posted to your account after 10 business days, please reach back out to us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

For your convenience, confirmation of all refunds will be sent to you via e-mail immediately after they are processed.
