The Board meets at 7:00 am on the first Friday of every month. Executive Committee
Past President: Kelli CostaLEED AP, CFM
Kelli is a Facilities & Services Manager and an Assistant Vice President at T. Rowe Price. She oversees new construction, renovation projects, facilities and services for many of T. Rowe Price’s North American locations. She also manages FM Technology and ergonomics globally.

Prior to joining T. Rowe Price in 2007, she worked for 10 years at Quantum Corporation as the Corporate Planning & Facilities Services Manager. There she managed the planning and design of their office and manufacturing operations as well as managed their U.S. food service and mail/copy services.

Kelli earned her LEED AP and CFM designations in 2009. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado and an MBA from Regis University. She joined IFMA in 2002 and has held several board positions over the last few years.

President:Tom Whitmore
Thomas Whitmore has been a proud member and active board member of our local IFMA Pikes Peak Chapter since 2014. He is a licensed Associate Broker in Colorado and has been working as an Associate Real Estate Manager for CBRE since April 2014 overseeing the accounting, budgeting and tenant relations for 16 Class A properties within the Colorado Springs region. Formerly, Tom has 20+ years as a Commercial and Military Project Manager and Technology Specialist operating throughout the United States. Tom's managerial style is to build a strong, well trained and highly effective team. He uses his advanced Microsoft platform skills to provide strong planning, tracking, and in-depth schedule analysis to ensure a consistent progression to a successful completion of project timelines. Thomas is working to obtain his FMP certification through IFMA and enjoys inspiring others to continue their higher education through the organization.

Treasurer: Cheryl Flynn
Cheryl is the financial accountant for CameronButcher Commercial Real Estate. She received her Associate’s degree in accounting from North Central State College in Ohio and has been working in the financial field for 37 years. Cheryl is a Certified Public Bookkeeper (NACPB) and a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. When Cheryl is not playing with numbers she enjoys spending time with her daughters and gardening.

My name is Jen Dials and I’m your Pikes Peak IFMA Membership Chair! I am a JLL employee and work for T. Rowe Price as their Facility Coordinator. Any questions you may have about IFMA Membership, or know who would be interested in joining, I am here to help. If I don’t know the answer, I will find it for you!

I’m married with 3 boys and they are all in the “I know everything” teenager stage! We love to go camping and take our dirt bikes on the trails and wreak havoc. We love football and I enjoy watching my boys play. As for a professional football fan, I love the Miami Dolphins. This actually makes me a great person, since I’m able to stick with a team that has a winning streak (insert wink face here)! We also love to go on vacations together to new places at least once a year, which has become our new tradition. I spend a lot of my free time with my family and friends.

Professional Development:Gwen Stumpe
Gwen Stumpe's greatest strengths are her drive, organizational skills, and creating solutions. She thrives on challenges and helping organizations function efficiently.

Gwen is past Marketing Chairperson for IREM Chapter 53 and community outreach board member for IREM Chapter 53 Young Professionals.

In 2014 Gwen was recognized with Griffis/Blessing as Rookie of the Year. She was recently awarded IREM Chapter 53 positive attitude award and the Griffis/Blessing star performer award.

Gwen is currently attending Colorado State University of Pueblo and working towards her business management degree. She also went to Northern Illinois University for Graphic Design. Above all Gwen supports professionals furthering their education.

While balancing school Gwen is planning her wedding for the end of this year with her two beautiful step daughters and wonderful fiancé. In her free time, Gwen enjoys running, biking, snowboarding, rock climbing, yoga, camping, hiking, and almost anything outdoors. She is currently training for the Ragnar Relay in Snowmass, CO.

Communications Chair Jason Reel

Facilitates Planner at T. Rowe Price 2006 to present

I enjoy the outdoors in my free time; I was the communications chair a couple years ago for the chapter and I am now getting back involved and am looking forward to promote the chapter anyway possible. My goal is to encourage membership, partnering with other FM/Construction professional organizations on events and communication, and involvement in the local community. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have anything that you feel should be communicated or promoted.

Brittaney Grace is currently employed as a Manager with Weathercraft Co. of Colorado. Weathercraft is a primarily commercial roofing, waterproofing and sheet metal contractor. She joined the construction field with her transition to Colorado Springs. Brittaney is excited for the many opportunities available through IFMA.

Social: Diana Davis
Diana is a Business Development Manager in a dynamic, growing company focused on catering to the needs of customers in events such as property loss recovery, insurance restoration and reconstruction, general contracting, capital improvements, environmental cleanup, roofing and construction defect renovations. BluSky is one of the premier restoration contractors in the state of Colorado in terms of revenue, reputation and capabilities and comes highly recommended by many professionals, insurance carriers and forensic engineers in the Rocky Mountain region. BluSky has experienced over 900% growth from 2004 and maintains a customer satisfaction rating of 96%.

Community Outreach Tony Veneris
Since 2010 Tony Veneris has been the Commercial Accounts Manager for SERVPRO of South Colorado Springs and SERVPRO of Northern Colorado Springs/Tri-lakes. Prior to SERVPRO Tony was an Insurance Agent/Agency owner with Farmers Insurance, a Commercial and Workmans Compensation Underwriter with Travelers Insurance and a Personal Lines agent with Progressive Insurance. Tony is certified with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Fire & Smoke Restoration. Tony Has lived in Colorado Springs since 1983. Tony has two Daughters that currently live outside of Colorado. If you have twenty minutes ask him where they live. When Tony is not working he likes to be outside and enjoys Fishing and Hiking. Tony is a fan of Broncos Football and DU Pioneer Ice Hockey.
